Job Descriptions:
Ø Speak to the decision makers of world's leading companies
Ø Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone.
Ø Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing.
Ø Generation of new leads and prospects (local and overseas).
Ø Assist in on-site conference operations when required.
Ø Report to team manager about daily sales process
Job Requirements:
Ø Ambitious and confident

3．The Conference Producer 会议策划

Job Descriptions:
Ø Report directly to the Production Manager.
Ø At least take 3-month project sales execution in the sales department.
Ø Take responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project management, including business research, topic generation, market identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation, on-site coordination and post-event follow up.
Ø Research and develop 2-4 world-class conference programs per year.
Ø Responsible for developing strategic partnership with leading international associations and companies.
Ø Support the sales and marketing team to promote the subject event.
Ø Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyze the information.
Ø Commission high caliber global speakers
Ø Manage on-site speakers and VIP
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree required. .
Ø A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills
Ø Fluency in both spoken and written English CET-6 ，TEM－8 or above.
Ø 1 or 2 years commercial experience with excellent learning skills in any related business area.
