Internship Program
The Racepoint Global Internship Program is ideal for university juniors and seniors who want to learn about public relations and marketing from the industry's most experienced people.
Interns gather valuable experience in all facets of the craft, from brainstorming, research, and writing projects to event coordination. Racepoint interns so value their experience that we often have students repeat for two or more sessions before graduation.
To enter our internship program, Racepoint requires that candidates be a university/graduated student. The ideal applicant will be interested in the technology, health, and science communications profession and have excellent writing and reasoning skills, as well as a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Racepoint intern, students will also gain exposure to company marketing strategies along with public relations activities for Racepoint clients.
Responsibilities include:
? Assembling press kits and materials
? Building media lists, editorial, and speaking calendars
? Qualifying editorial and speaking opportunities
? Organizing and maintaining the Racepoint publication library
? Managing and scanning for client’s press coverage
? Assisting in marketing activities for Racepoint Group such as press announcements, and securing media and speaking opportunities
? Various writing tasks as needed
