岗位信息:行政前台(实习生,可转正/毕业生)
基本工资:2K-3K(实习)
岗位职责
1. Supervise and coordinate for the environmental cleanliness of the Reception area, and meeting rooms ;
2. Greet/receive all the visitors courteously, to ensure they wear a badge for entry, be responsible to remind nicely and collect the badge when they depart;
3.Notify hosts of visitors’ arrival and make follow-up calls if necessary and offer beverages;
4.Conduct co-ordination for random visitors;
5.Book a conference/meeting room in liaising with mailroom superintendents to ensure setup for meeting room in timely manner as per requirements;
6.Update local space information as per required;
7.Provide assistance in business card printing by confirming the right information.
8. Be neat and tidy with your work attire to maintain a professional and good Company’s image
岗位要求
1. Minimum diploma education.
2. Relevant experience with hospitality area is preferred.
3. Reasonable Englsih skill in writing and speaking;
4. Well versed in Microsoft office.
5. Possesses good organization and communication skills.
6. Responsible , meticulous and polite.
